Adult Dose

Dose: Oral – 5 mg/day
Frequency: once daily initially
Note: may be increased by 2.5 mg/day every 7-14 days; not to exceed 10 mg/day; maintenance: 5-10 mg/day; Adjust dosage according to blood pressure goals
Indication: Angina & Coronary Artery Disease
Age: Adult
Condition: chronic stable angina, vasospastic angina (Prinzmetal or variant angina), and angiographically documented coronary artery disease in patients without heart failure or ejection fraction less than 40%
Dose: Oral – 5-10 mg/day
Frequency: once daily initially
Note: maintenance: 10 mg/day by mouth
