Condition: Days 1 and 2
Dose: Ophthalmic – 1-2 drops
Frequency: every 2 hours while awake
Duration: 2 days
Note: up to 8 times per day

Dose: Ophthalmic – 1-2 drops
Frequency: every 4 hours while awake
Duration: 5 days
