Adult Dose

Indication: Acute attack of Chloroquine resistant falciparum malaria
Age: Adult
Dose: Oral Tablet – 2-3 tablets (per tablet contains pyrimethamine 25 mg and sulfadoxine 500 mg)
Frequency: single dose
Note: Do not repeat for at least 7 days. Hepatic impairment: Dose reduction may be needed. Severe hepatic impairment: contra-indicated.
Indication: Malaria Prophylaxis

Frequency: once weekly
