Adult Dose

Indication: As anabolic after debilitating illness; Postmenopausal osteoporosis; Metastatic breast cancer
Age: Adult
Dose: Intramuscular Injection - As decanoate: 25-100 mg
Frequency: once every 3-4 weeks
Indication: Anaemia of chronic renal failure
Age: Adult
Dose: Intramuscular Injection - As decanoate: 50-200 mg
Frequency: weekly

Child Dose

Age: 2 to 13 years
Dose: Intramuscular injection – 25 to 50 mg
Frequency: Every 3 to 4 weeks
