Adult Dose

Clinical InformationAdministration Information
Indication: Mydriasis and cycloplegia for refraction
Age: Adult
Dose: Ophthalmic solution – 1 or 2 drops of 2% solution
Frequency: may repeat at 10-15 minute intervals if necessary
Note: not to exceed 5 doses
Indication: Uveitis
Age: Adult
Dose: Ophthalmic solution – 1-2 drops of 2%
Frequency: three times daily up to every 3-4 hours as needed

Child Dose

Dose: Ophthalmic solution – 1 drop of 2% solution
Note: Instill immediately before the procedure, repeat at 10-minute intervals if necessary
Indication: Uveitis
Age: Child: greater than 2 years
Dose: Ophthalmic solution – 1 drop of 2% solution
Frequency: twice daily
