Adult Dose

Indication: Diabetic gastric stasis
Age: Adult
Dose: Oral – 10 mg
Frequency: 4 times daily
Duration: 2-8 weeks
Note: Severe Hepatic impairment: Reduce dose by 50%
Indication: Nausea and vomiting associated with cancer chemotherapy or radiotherapy
Age: Adult
Dose: Oral – 10 mg
Frequency: up to three times daily
Duration: Maximum duration: 5 days
Note: Severe Hepatic impairment: Reduce dose by 50%

Child Dose

Indication: Small Bowel Intubation/Radiologic Examination of Upper GI Tract
Age: less than 6 years old
Dose: Intravenous – 0.1 mg/kg
Duration: over 1-2 minutes
Indication: Small Bowel Intubation/Radiologic Examination of Upper GI Tract
Age: 6-14 years old
Dose: Intravenous – 2.5-5 mg
Duration: over 1-2 minutes
