Adult Dose

Indication: Prophylaxis against urothelial toxicity
Condition: With Ifosfamide (if receiving 1.2 grams/square meter ifosfamide dose)
Dose: Intravenous push – 240 mg/square meter
Frequency: 15 minutes before and 4 and 8 hours after ifosfamide administration
Note: Adjust dose accordingly if ifosfamide dose changes. Also given by alternative intravenous push regimens, intermittent infusion or continuous infusion.
