Adult Dose

Indication: Moderate to severe pain
Age: Adult
Condition: Non-opioid-tolerant patients
Dose: Intramuscular, Intravenous, or Subcutaneous Injection – 10-20 mg
Frequency: every 3-6 hours as required
Note: Maximum single dose: 20 mg. Maximum daily dose: 160 mg.
Indication: Adjunct in balanced anesthesia
Age: Adult
Condition: Induction
Dose: Intravenous Injection – 0.3-3 mg/kg
Duration: administered over 10-15 minutes
