Adult Dose

Indication: Partial Seizures
Condition: Adjunctive therapy for partial seizures with or without secondary generalization
Dose: by mouth – Initial: 300 mg
Frequency: every 8 hours
Note: May increase up to 600 mg by mouth every 8 hours; up to 2400 mg/day administered and tolerated in clinical studies; up to 3600 mg administered for short duration and tolerated
Indication: Postherpetic Neuralgia
Condition: Day 1
Dose: by mouth – 300 mg
Frequency: once daily

Child Dose
