Indication: Cataract Surgery
Dose: Eye Prep – 1 drop
Frequency: four times daily
Duration: 2 weeks
Note: beginning 24 hours post-surgery
Indication: Corneal Refractive Surgery
Dose: Eye Prep – 1-2 drops
Frequency: four times daily
Duration: 3 days
Note: within 1 hour pre-operation and 15 minutes post-operation before starting the 3-day regimen
