Adult Dose

Indication: Prophylaxis of migraine, vertigo, vestibular, peripheral and cerebrovascular disorders
Age: Adult
Dose: Oral – 5 to 10 mg
Frequency: once daily
Note: usually given at night to minimize the effects of drowsiness
Indication: Migraine prophylaxis
Age: Adult
Condition: patients less than 65 years
Dose: Oral – 10 mg
Frequency: once daily
Note: given at night; starting dose

Child Dose

Indication: Prophylaxis of migraine; Prophylaxis of vertigo and vestibular disorders; Prophylaxis of peripheral and cerebrovascular disorders
Age: Child
Dose: Oral – 5 mg
Frequency: once daily
Note: usually given at night to minimize the effects of drowsiness
Indication: Maintenance treatment for Prophylaxis of migraine, vertigo, vestibular, peripheral and cerebrovascular disorders
Age: Child
Dose: Oral – 5 mg
Frequency: 5 days of a week
Note: 2 successive drug free days. Treatment should be interrupted after 6 months and re-initiated only if the patient relapses. The recommended maximum daily dose is 5 mg daily in children less than 40 kg
