Adult Dose

Indication: Abnormal bleeding

Dose: Tablet – 1 tablet
Frequency: three times daily
Duration: 10 days
Note: Bleeding usually stops within 1-3 days. A period usually starts 2-4 days after stopping treatment.
Indication: Prevention of abnormal bleeding
Age: Adult
Condition: 19th - 26th day of the cycle
Dose: Tablet – 1 tablet
Frequency: twice daily
Note: Counting the first day of menstruation as day 1.

Child Dose

Indication: Prevention of pregnancy
Age: Post-menarchal adolescents
Dose: Oral – 0.35 mg
Frequency: once daily
Note: by mouth (oral)
Administration
  • May be taken with or without food
  • Take at same time each day
