Adult Dose

Indication: Cataract surgery and intraocular lens implantation
Condition: Prior to capsulotomy
Dose: Gel – Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose gel should be carefully injected into the anterior chamber
Note: Inject using standard aseptic techniques and only the cannula provided with the product. Gel may be injected into the chamber prior to or following removal of the crystalline lens.
Indication: Cataract surgery and intraocular lens implantation
Condition: Prior to implantation
Dose: Gel – Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose gel used to coat an intraocular lens as well as the tips of surgical instruments

Indication: Dry eye conditions
Age: Adults, children and elderly
Dose: Drops – One or two drops
Frequency: three times daily as needed
Note: ocular use
