Adult Dose

Indication: Parkinson Disease
Age: Adult
Condition: Immediate-release
Dose: Oral – 0.125 mg
Frequency: every 8 hours initially
Note: gradually titrated upward at weekly intervals to target range of 1.5-4.5 mg/day by mouth divided every 8 hours
Indication: Restless Legs Syndrome
Age: Adult
Dose: Oral – 0.125 mg/day
Frequency: 2-3 hours before bedtime initially
Note: may be increased every 4-7 days up to 0.5 mg/day (every 14 days if creatinine clearance 20-60 mL/min)

Note: not to exceed 0.75 mg three times daily
