Dose: Oral – 25 mg Frequency: at night Note: As promethazine HCl. Increase to 25 mg twice daily if necessary. Alternatively, 10-20 mg 2-3 times daily. |

Dose: Oral – 20 mg or 25 mg Frequency: the night before travelling Note: As promethazine HCl. Followed by a similar dose the following morning if necessary. |

- severe spasm of distal vessels
- necrosis

- Confusion
- Disorientation
- Blurred vision
- Hallucinations
- Dystonias
- Catatonic states
- Euphoria
- Excitation
- Impotence
- Urinary retention
- Resp depression and apnoea esp in childn
