Dose: Oral – 5 mg Frequency: three times daily Note: Initially 5 mg three times daily; if necessary, increase dose gradually after 4 weeks until adequate response is achieved; Maximum dose: 10 mg three times daily; Hepatic impairment: Reduce dose in moderate to severe cirrhosis. |

Administration
- May be taken with or without food
