Age: Child: greater than 3 years
Dose: Oral – 50-60 mg/kg
Frequency: daily
Duration: for 3 consecutive days
Note: Maximum: 2 g/day
Indication: Hepatic amoebiasis
Age: Child: greater than 3 years
Dose: Oral – 50-60 mg/kg
Frequency: daily
Duration: for 5 days
Note: Maximum: 2 g/day

Renal Dose

Age: Adult
Condition: Renal impairment: Haemodialysis
Dose: Tablet – half the usual dose
Frequency: once
Note: Additional dose at the end of haemodialysis
