Adult Dose

Indication: Spasticity associated with multiple sclerosis and spinal cord injury
Age: Adult
Condition: Initial
Dose: Oral – 2 mg
Frequency: every 6-8 hours
Note: No more than 3 doses every 24 hours. Hepatic impairment: Avoid or use with extreme caution.

Dose: Oral – Increase by 2 to 4 mg
Note: Increase until satisfactory response is achieved with minimum 1-4 days between dose increments. Not to exceed 36 mg/day. Hepatic impairment: Avoid or use with extreme caution.

Renal Dose

Condition: Renal impairment: Creatinine Clearance less than 25 ml/min
Dose: Dosage – 2 mg

Note: Initially, 2 mg once daily, gradually increasing the dose before increasing the frequency of administration.
