Dose: Ophthalmic – 1-2 drops
Frequency: 2-4 times daily

Child Dose

Indication: Superficial ocular infections
Age: Infants and children
Dose: Ophthalmic – 1 to 3 drops
Frequency: Every hour, increasing intervals as response indicates
Note: Max Dose: 25,000 units/kg/day total systemic and ophthalmic instillation
Indication: Infections of the cornea and conjunctiva
Age: Infants and children
Dose: Subconjunctival injection – Up to 100,000 units/day
Note: Max Dose: 25,000 units/kg/day total systemic and ophthalmic instillation
