- tinnitus
- bronchospasm
- Gastric erosion

- occasionally fatal exacerbation of airway obstruction in asthma
- Reye's syndrome (children Less than 12 yr)
- Hepatotoxicity
- CNS depression which may lead to coma
- CV collapse and Respiratory failure
- paroxysmal bronchospasm and dyspnoea
