Indication: Acute treatment of migraine with or without aura Age: Adult |
Dose: Nasal spray – 2.5 mg Frequency: initially, at onset of migraine Note: May increase dose to 5 mg; not to exceed 5 mg per single dose; individual response varies. May repeat dose if migraine has not resolved after 2 hours; not to exceed 10 mg per 24 hours. Safety not established for tablets in the treatment of greater than 3 migraines per 30 days or greater than 4 migraines per 30 days for the intranasal formulation. |

- Use one spray in one nostril
- Wait 2 hours before second dose if needed
