Adult Dose

Age: Adult
Dose: Intravenous injection – 300-600 mcg/kg
Frequency: once (initially)
Indication: Muscle relaxant in general anaesthesia, Endotracheal intubation, Aid controlled ventilation
Age: Adult
Dose: Intravenous injection – 100-200 mcg/kg
Frequency: when necessary or every 15-25 minutes
Note: For maintenance in prolonged procedures.

Child Dose

Dose: Injection – Initially, 400-500 mcg/kg

Dose: Injection – 80-100 mcg/kg
Note: Maintenance dose; first maintenance dose may be given 20-45 minutes after the initial dose, subsequently, may be repeated every 15-25 minutes
