Indication: Bleeding episodes in patients with haemophilia Age: Adult |
Dose: Intravenous – Initially, 90 mcg/kg Frequency: initially every 2-3 hours Duration: up to 3 weeks or more in cases of serious bleeding episodes Note: Given via intravenous bolus over 2-5 minutes. Additional dose may be given as needed to achieve or maintain haemostasis. May adjust dose or dosing interval according to response. |
