Adult Dose

Indication: Rh-incompatible Pregnancy Routine antepartum prophylaxis
Condition: Administer to Mother
Dose: Intravenous or Intramuscular – 300 mcg (1500 IU)
Note: Administer between weeks 28-30 of pregnancy
Indication: Rh-incompatible Pregnancy Postpartum prophylaxis
Condition: Newborn is Rh(D)-positive, or of unknown status
Dose: Intravenous or Intramuscular – 300 mcg (1500 IU)
Note: Administer within 72 hours of birth

Child Dose

Clinical InformationAdministration Information
Indication: Treatment of immune thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP)
Age: Children
Dose: Intravenous – 250 IU/kg (50 mcg/kg)
Frequency: Once
Note: Maximum dose 3000 mcg (15000 IU)

  • For IM use only
  • Give within specified timeframe
