Indication: Osteoarthritis

Dose: Oral – Initially, 12.5 mg
Frequency: once daily
Note: Maximum: 25 mg/day.
Indication: Pain relief
Age: Adult
Dose: Oral – Initially, 50 mg
Frequency: once daily followed by daily doses of 25-50 mg
Note: Maximum: 50 mg/day. Treatment duration greater than 5 days is not recommended.

Age: 2 years to 17 years of age
Dose: Oral – 0.6 mg/kg
