Adult Dose

Dose: Oral Strip – lansoprazole, 30 mg; clarithromycin, 500 mg; and metronidazole, 500 mg
Frequency: twice daily
Duration: 7-14 days
Note: One strip per dose

Child Dose

Indication: Eradication of Helicobacter pylori
Age: Paediatric patients
Dose: By mouth – 20 mg/kg/day
Frequency: Twice daily
Note: Maximum dose: 500 mg twice daily
