Dose: Shampoo – 5 mL (1 teaspoonful) Frequency: twice daily once weekly Duration: 4 weeks Note: Apply to wet hair; lather, and leave in place for approximately 3 minutes before rinsing; may use up to 10 mL for longer hair; allow minimum of 3 days between applications. |
