Dose: Oral – 100-300 mg Frequency: once daily at bedtime Note: Reduced gradually by 50 mg every 2-4 weeks once a satisfactory response is achieved. Not for monotherapy if moderate or severe neuritis present. Maximum: 400 mg/day. |
