Adult Dose

Indication: Preterm Labor
Age: greater than or equal to 16 years
Condition: Singleton pregnancy with history of spontaneous preterm birth
Dose: Intramuscular Injection – 250 mg
Frequency: every week
Duration: Initiate between the 16th and 20th week of gestation and ending at the 37th week of gestation or birth (whichever is first)
Indication: Recurrent miscarriage
Age: Adult
Dose: Intramuscular Injection – 250-500 mg
Frequency: weekly
Duration: During the 1st half of pregnancy
