Dose: Tablet – Calcium 500 mg and Vitamin D3 200 international units Frequency: 2 tablets daily or 1 tablet twice daily Note: Best taken with or just after a meal to improve absorption; also used for adequate dietary intake during pregnancy and lactation, osteogenesis, tooth formation, and anti-seizure therapy; used as a phosphate binder in chronic renal failure |
