Adult Dose

Condition: As Mycophenolic Acid (MPA) (As Mycophenolate sodium)
Dose: Oral – 720 mg
Frequency: twice daily

Child Dose

Age: 5 years or above
Condition: As Mycophenolic Acid (MPA) (As Mycophenolate sodium)
Dose: Oral – 400 mg/m2
Frequency: twice daily

Renal Dose

Condition: Renal impairment
Dose: No dosage adjustment needed
Note: No dosage adjustment needed in renal transplant patients experiencing delayed graft function post-operatively
Administration
  • Take on empty stomach
  • Take 1 hour before or 2 hours after meals
