Adult Dose

Clinical InformationAdministration Information
Indication: Early Breast Cancer
Condition: Hormone receptor (HR)-positive, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-negative, node-positive, high risk of recurrence
Dose: Tablet – 150 mg
Frequency: twice daily
Duration: Continue for 2 years, or until disease recurrence or unacceptable toxicity
Note: In combination with endocrine therapy (tamoxifen or an aromatase inhibitor) by mouth.
Indication: Advanced or Metastatic Breast Cancer
Condition: Hormone receptor (HR)-positive, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-negative, disease progression following endocrine therapy and prior chemotherapy in metastatic setting
Dose: Tablet – 200 mg
Frequency: twice daily
Duration: Continue until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity
Note: Monotherapy by mouth.
