Indication: Thrombocytopenia Age: Adults Condition: Chronic liver disease and platelet count less than 40 x 10^9/L scheduled to undergo a procedure |
Dose: Tablet – 60 mg Frequency: once daily Duration: 5 consecutive days Note: Taken by mouth with food. Initiate dosing 10-13 days prior to the scheduled procedure. Patients should undergo their procedure 5-8 days after the last dose. |
