Dose: Oral – 1 mg Frequency: once daily Note: Give second dose 6-8 hours later if necessary. |

Dose: Oral – 5 mg Frequency: daily Note: Initially, 5 mg daily was increased by 5 mg every 12-24 hours as required. High doses may be divided in 2-3 doses. Maximum: 10 mg/day. |
