Adult Dose

Indication: Non-small Cell Lung Cancer
Age: Adult
Dose: Oral – 45 mg
Frequency: once daily
Note: Indicated for first-line treatment of patients with metastatic non-small lung cancer (NSCLC) with epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) exon 19 deletion or exon 21 L858R substitution mutations as detected by an FDA-approved test. Continue until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity occurs.

Child Dose

Clinical InformationAdministration Information
Indication: Osteoporosis, osteomalacia, rickets, tetany, parathyroid disease, pregnancy and lactation, osteogenesis, tooth formation, anti-seizure medication therapy, or chronic renal failure
Dose: Tablet – 500 mg Calcium and 200 international units Vitamin D3
Frequency: 1 tablet twice daily or 2 tablets once daily
Note: by mouth (oral). Best taken with or just after a meal to improve absorption.
