Adult Dose

Indication: Candidiasis Treatment (esophageal)
Dose: Intravenous infusion – 150 mg/day
Duration: 10 to 30 days (mean 15 days)
Indication: Prophylaxis in hematopoietic stem cell transfer (HSCT) patients
Dose: Intravenous infusion – 50 mg/day
Duration: 6 to 51 days (mean 19 days)

Age: less than 4 months

Note: Safety and efficacy not established
Indication: Treatment of Candidemia, acute disseminated candidiasis, Candida peritonitis and abscesses
Age: greater than 4 months
Dose: Intravenous – 2 mg/kg
Frequency: once daily
Note: not to exceed 100 mg/day
