Adult Dose

Indication: Primary hyperlipidemia, including heterozygous familial hypercholesterolemia
Age: Adults
Dose: Tablet – 180 mg
Frequency: once daily
Note: Indicated as an adjunct to diet, in combination with other low-density lipoprotein cholesterol lowering therapies, or alone when concomitant low-density lipoprotein cholesterol lowering therapy is not possible.
Indication: Cardiovascular Risk Reduction
Age: Adults
Condition: Unable to take recommended statin therapy with established cardiovascular disease, or a high risk for a cardiovascular disease event but without established cardiovascular disease
Dose: Tablet – 180 mg
Frequency: once daily
Note: Indicated to reduce risk of myocardial infarction and coronary revascularization.
