Dose: Oral – 300 mg Frequency: twice daily Duration: Completion of 2 years of treatment Note: Continue until disease progression, unacceptable toxicity, or completion of 2 years. Patients with complete response (no radiologic evidence): Stop treatment. Patients with evidence of disease and may benefit from continuous treatment: Treat beyond 2 years. |
