Adult Dose

Indication: Ovulation Induction
Age: Women
Dose: Subcutaneous Injection – 75 international units of rFSH
Frequency: once daily
Duration: at least the first 7 days
Note: Dose is increased by 25 or 75 international units at weekly intervals until follicular growth and/or serum estradiol levels indicate an adequate response. Final oocyte maturation is achieved with 5000 to 10,000 international units of human chorionic gonadotropin when acceptable pre-ovulatory state is achieved. Intercourse should occur daily starting the day prior to human chorionic gonadotropin administration until ovulation.
Indication: Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART)
Age: Women
Dose: Subcutaneous Injection – 150 to 300 international units of rFSH
Duration: at least the first 4 days
Note: Subsequent doses are adjusted based upon ovarian response. Final oocyte maturation is induced with 5000 to 10,000 international units of human chorionic gonadotropin. Oocyte retrieval is performed 34 to 36 hours later.

Store at 2°C to 8°C (in a refrigerator). Do not keep in deep freeze. Can be stored below 25°C for a maximum of 3 months. Protect from light & keep in dry place .
