Dose: Cream – 0.25% Frequency: once daily Duration: at least 2-3 weeks (up to 6 weeks for foot infections) Note: Continue for 3-5 days after cure is attained. |

Dose: Lacquer – 5% Frequency: 1-2 times weekly Duration: Approximately 6 months (fingernail) or 9-12 months (toenail) Note: Paint onto the affected nail after filing and cleansing. Continue until nail has regenerated and the affected areas are cured. |
