Adult Dose

Clinical InformationAdministration Information
Indication: Ovarian carcinoma
Age: Adult
Dose: Intravenous – 1.5 mg/m2/day
Frequency: once daily
Duration: 5 days of a 21-day cycle
Note: Min: 4 courses to be given (provided blood counts and haemoglobin have adequately recovered). Hepatic Impairment: Severe: Avoid.
Indication: Small cell lung cancer
Age: Adult
Dose: Intravenous – 1.5 mg/m2/day
Frequency: once daily

Dose: Intravenous infusion – No dosage adjustment necessary
Note: monotherapy
Condition: Moderate Renal impairment (Creatinine Clearance 20-39 mL/min)
Dose: by mouth – 0.75 mg/m²
Frequency: once daily
Note: monotherapy

  • Must be administered by healthcare professional
  • Give as IV infusion over 30 minutes
