Frequency: every 12 hours

Child Dose

Dose: Child – 10 mg/kg/day
Frequency: in divided dose, every 12 hours
Note: Maximum 400 mg/day every 12 hours

Renal Dose

Condition: Renal impairment, Creatinine Clearance 10-39 ml/min
Dose: Tablet - Dosage Recommendation
Frequency: Increase dosing intervals to 24 hourly

Dose: Tablet - Dosage Recommendation
Frequency: Increase dosing intervals to 48 hourly
