Age: Adult
Dose: Oral – 75-100 mg
Frequency: every 6 hours
Note: by mouth as adjunct to warfarin

Child Dose

Dose: Oral – 3-6 mg/kg/day
Frequency: divided every 6-8 hours
Note: by mouth (oral)
Administration
  • Take on empty stomach
  • Take 1 hour before meals
