Adult Dose

Indication: Depression/Anxiety
Age: Adult
Dose: Oral – Initiate at low dose (25 mg/day)
Frequency: gradually titrate upward every 5-7 days
Note: Dosage range: 25-300 mg/day by mouth, up to 150 mg/day as single dose. If dose exceeds 150 mg/day, divide every 12 hours.
Indication: Depression/Anxiety
Age: Adult
Condition: Hepatic impairment
Dose: Oral – Lower dose
Note: Adjust gradually for depression.

Child Dose
