Adult Dose

Clinical InformationAdministration Information
Indication: Unstable angina
Age: Adult
Dose: Intravenous – 180 mcg/kg via intravenous injection followed by 2 mcg/kg per minute by intravenous infusion
Duration: for up to 72 hours
Note: If percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) is performed during therapy, infusion should be continued for 18-24 hours after procedure, up to a maximum total duration of 96 hours of therapy.
Indication: Angioplasty
Age: Adult
Dose: Intravenous – Initially, 180 mcg/kg via intravenous injection, followed by 2 mcg/kg/minute via intravenous infusion. A second dose of 180 mcg/kg via intravenous injection should be given 10 minutes after the first dose.
Duration: Continue infusion until hospital discharge or for up to 18-24 hours
Note: Minimum treatment duration: 12 hours. The initial dose is to be given immediately before the procedure.

Renal Dose

Condition: Renal Impairment (Creatinine Clearance less than 50 mL/minute)
Dose: Intravenous – 180 mcg/kg
Frequency: Bolus, then continuous infusion 1 mcg/kg/minute
Indication: Percutaneous Coronary Intervention
Condition: Renal Impairment (Creatinine Clearance less than 50 mL/minute)
Dose: Intravenous – 180 mcg/kg
Frequency: Bolus, then continuous infusion 1 mcg/kg/minute with another 180 mcg/kg intravenous bolus 10 minutes after first one

Vials should be stored refrigerated at 2-8° C
Vials may be transferred to room temperature storage for up to 2 months.
Unused portion left in the vial should be discarded.
