Dose: by mouth – Initial: 50-75 mg/day; up to 150 mg/day if needed
Note: Maximum: 300 mg/day in severe cases
Indication: Neuropathic pain
Age: Adult
Dose: by mouth – Initial: 10-25 mg/day
Frequency: at night
Note: up to 75 mg/day if needed

Child Dose

Age: Adolescent
Dose: by mouth (oral) – 25-50 mg/day
Frequency: as a single dose (at bedtime) or in divided doses
Indication: Nocturnal enuresis
Age: 6-10 yr
Dose: by mouth (oral) – 10-20 mg/day
Frequency: at bedtime
Duration: Maximum duration: 3 months
