Adult Dose

Indication: Germ cell testicular carcinoma
Age: Adult
Dose: Intravenous – 1.2 g/m2/day
Frequency: once daily
Duration: for 5 days
Note: via slow infusion over at least 30 minutes, repeat treatment every 3 weeks or after recovery from haematological toxicity. To be given with mesna and adequate hydration of at least 2 L of oral or intravenous fluid per day.
Indication: Lymphoma; Sarcoma; Solid tumours
Age: Adult
Condition: Regimen 1
Dose: Intravenous – 8-12 g/m2
Duration: divided over 3-5 days
Note: repeat course every 2-4 weeks.
