Dose: Iohexol 350 – 1.25 mL/kg
Note: range 1-1.5 mL/kg; not to exceed 5 mL/kg or 250 mL, when multiple injections given

Dose: Iohexol 300 – 1.75 mL/kg
Note: range 1.5-2 mL/kg; not to exceed 6 mL/kg or 291 mL, when multiple injections given
