Dose: Nasal Spray – 31.5 mg (1 spray in each nostril) Frequency: every 6-8 hours Duration: up to 5 days Note: Indicated for short-term management of moderate to moderately severe pain; not to exceed 126 mg/day; Hepatic Impairment: Use caution, may cause elevation of liver enzymes, discontinued if symptoms of liver toxicity develop |
