Adult Dose

Dose: Intramuscular Injection – 1 ampoule
Frequency: twice daily
Note: Accordingly to age and symptom, the dosage may be changed.

Child Dose

Indication: Local or regional anesthesia or analgesia
Age: Pediatric patients
Dose: Local infiltration – 3 mg/kg
Frequency: Repeated not more often than every 4 hours
Note: Maximum Dose: 3 mg/kg
